Ella & Ríodhna's World

My name is Ella. This used to be my blog. Then when I was 2 years, 5 months and 1 week old, I got a little sister called Ríodhna. I love my sister so now we're sharing our blog. Welcome to our world...

Considering it was midsummer this weekend, it rained a lot. That didn't stop my Daddy practising his bbq skills in the rain with only Ella's umbrella for shelter. But he's good at the bbq cooking so we let him get on with it.

On Saturday we were too busy having fun to leave the house anyway. The fun continued on after I went to bed - I think I heard quite a few adults coming upstairs and Seanie going down a few times to try to get Liam and Ella to be quiet and go asleep. Seanie & Conor seem very quiet to me - but maybe that was just the DS keeping them enthralled. Conor got to sleep in one of the attic rooms on his own because he's a big boy.

Cna I get more food this direction
On Sunday we went to the aquarium. We loved it. The Crumps have been to the aquarium loads of times but I've never been to one before and Ella hasn't been to one since she was in one in Monaco on her 2nd birthday. Bray isn't quite Monaco but it was great. We saw big fish and little fish, an octopus who was playing with lego like I have, a spider crab who was the same age as Ella and whose legs were nearly as long as her arms, some sting rays swimming up the sides of their pond and peeking their heads up to say hello to me.

Then the keepers showed us starfish and seahorses eating their dinner and nemo fish and pretty tiny blue jellyfishes. And after that there was a massive ballpit and some ride things to go on.

No wonder we were starving and ready for a big lunch that Daddy cooked when we got home.
