Like my cousin Charlie
Look at my lovely highchair. Now when everyone else is eating, I can sit up at the table too. And if it's not time for me to have a meal, I can have a rice cake or a piece of toast or pitta bed to chew on. Im developing an early attachment to carbs! Mind you, it' more about the chewing than the eating these days. My third tooth made its first appearance about a week ago and it has been working its way down ever since so I can sometimes soak a whole bib in about 10 minutes these days.
Tooth number 3 is interesting. Mammy says I should have got one of the top middle ones to match up with the bottom middle ones I already have. But that's not what I got. I got a little one over to the right hand side. My cousin Charlie got that tooth out of order too. Must be a family thing. You can't see it in a photo yet. I'll blog one when it comes down a lot.
I'm learning lots of new things now I'm in creche every day. I love clapping my hands. I clapped all weekend any time someone reminded me about it. I'm getting pretty good at rattles and music too. Ella told me it's autumn now which means it's colder and darker than I remember it being before. Because of that I've been getting a bit of a bad cough and sometime my chest sounds a bit noisy like Daddys so I have to wrap up warm with my hat and coat when we go out.
This Sunday we went to my friend Grace's christening. She looked very pretty in a lovely christening robe that her Mammy wore. We went to the church first - there were lots of babies and children here and we were all very good. Then we went back to her house where I had my normal food and drink but Mammy and Daddy and Ella had lovely food and drink sitting outside in the back garden (well actually Ella mostly ate crisps!). We did lots of chatting and I got Jacinta to give me my bottle and I made friends with Jonathan too. Grace was very busy with all her relations. Ella tried to get Mammy to play some ping pong with her but I don't think Mammy's very good at that sort of thing really - the bigger children were much better.
